Non-tangible irrevocable goods ("Digital products")
We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the login details is sent.
Duplicate Purchase
In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back.

Astrology & Vastu Consultations and eLearning Recorded Courses:
We do not offer any refunds for astrology consultations & vastu consultations or eLearning recorded courses. Once the consultation or course purchase is made, the course materials are immediately available for download or access. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for these products.
Re Consultation & follow-up
If you have any doubts or questions related to consultations or remedies, you may follow up on the same issue within two months of the original consultation free of cost. If you need to schedule another consultation for the same issue within three months, you will receive a 50% discount. However, if it has been more than three months, you will need to book a fresh consultation at the regular price.
All of our consultations and remedies are based on astrology and Vastu fundamentals. We do not offer any guarantees & commitments. Please note that any expenses incurred on remedies or puja are not our responsibility.
Online Live Classes:
For live classes, we offer a 100% refund within the first two classes. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the course or it is not meeting your expectations, please let us know within the first two classes, and we will issue a full refund. After the first two classes, no refunds will be issued. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
In case of any disputes or issues, the customer may seek the assistance of Delhi jurisdiction.
